About the Role
Travel Luxis is looking for an experienced Travel Consultant with strong B2B travel experience and hands-on knowledge of reservations, quotations and travel operations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling travel queries independently, preparing quotations and itineraries, coordinating bookings and ensuring smooth execution from enquiry to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Handle B2B travel queries from travel agents and business partners.
Understand client requirements and prepare accurate and competitive quotations and itineraries.
Handle hotel reservations, transfers, sightseeing, activities and other travel arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels, suppliers, DMCs and internal teams for smooth booking and execution.
Manage booking confirmations, amendments and cancellations.
Prepare and share itineraries, costing, vouchers and booking details.
Follow up on pending quotations, confirmations and payments.
Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain proper records of quotations, bookings and client communication.
Ensure quick, skilled and accurate responses to all B2B queries.
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in the travel industry.
Solid B2B travel experience.
Hands-on experience in reservations and travel operations.
Positive understanding of quotation preparation, costing and itinerary planning.
Strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple queries and bookings simultaneously.
Thailand destination knowledge will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience handling Thailand packages/reservations will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
