We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have positive knowledge of domestic and international travel, robust communication skills, and the ability to assist clients in planning memorable travel experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Handle travel inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins
Assist clients with domestic and international holiday packages
Provide information on flights, hotels, visas, transport, and itineraries
Prepare customized travel quotations and packages
Coordinate bookings and ensure smooth travel arrangements
Maintain client records and follow up with customers
Resolve customer queries and provide excellent service
End-to-end responsibility for handling on-ground clients and tour operations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of travel destinations and booking procedures
Ability to work on MS Excel, emails, and travel portals
Customer handling and coordination skills
Prior experience in travel industry is preferred
