Role Overview
We're looking for an energetic and skilled Dance Teacher to lead dance sessions for children at our school. The ideal candidate can teach age-appropriate choreography, build confidence in young students, and manage a classroom of enthusiastic kids.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver structured dance classes for children across different age groups
Choreograph routines for school events, annual days, and showcases
Track student progress and provide feedback to school leadership
Maintain discipline and a positive, encouraging workplace in class
Coordinate on scheduling and curriculum alignment
Ensure safety protocols are followed during all sessions
Requirements
Proven experience teaching dance to children (school or academy setting preferred)
Solid command over at least one dance form (list preferred styles — Western, Bollywood, Freestyle)
Excellent communication and classroom management skills
Punctual, reliable, and comfortable working at the school
Prior experience in a structured/curriculum-based teaching workplace is a plus
