Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating recent business through cold calling, maintaining customer relationships, and managing leads effectively. You will play a vital role in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling:

○ Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to introduce our products and services.

○ Identify and qualify leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
Proper CRM Maintaining:

○ Accurately input and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.

○ Update records with interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress to ensure effective tracking and reporting.
Lead Management:

○ Follow up on leads generated from various sources, nurturing them through the sales process.





○ Conduct thorough needs assessments to match customer requirements with suitable products.
Achieving Sales Targets:

○ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets ranging from ₹10 lakh to ₹30 lakh.

○ Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Discipline and Grooming:

○ Maintain a skilled appearance and demeanour in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

○ Adhere to company policies and procedures while fostering a positive work setting.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
