Ensure the continuous availability of all required raw materials to support uninterrupted kitchen and outlet operations.
Coordinate with the Purchase Department for the timely procurement of raw materials.
Monitor stock levels and raise material requisitions before inventory reaches minimum levels.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming supplies against purchase orders and delivery challans.
Issue materials to the production team and outlets as per approved requisitions and maintain accurate records.
Maintain daily stock registers, inventory records, and material movement reports.
Coordinate with Production and Purchase department to forecast material requirements and prevent shortages.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
