Manage the Accessories Department by driving Maruti Genuine Accessories (MGA) sales, achieving business targets, ensuring stock availability, coordinating timely fitment, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual MGA sales and APC targets.
Manage overall accessories sales and promote genuine Maruti Suzuki accessories.
Coordinate with the Sales, PDI, Service, and Delivery teams for timely accessory fitment.
Ensure accurate billing and documentation of accessory sales.
Maintain optimum inventory levels and monitor stock movement.
Conduct regular stock verification and minimize stock variance.
Supervise the accessories team and monitor daily performance.
Ensure quality and timely fitment of accessories before vehicle delivery.
Handle customer queries and resolve accessory-related concerns.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
Qualification
Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (Automobile background preferred).
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in automobile accessories sales or operations.
Experience in a Maruti Suzuki dealership is preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
