Assist in live stressed asset and NPL transactions from origination to execution.

Support financial model preparation, cash flow analysis, and portfolio recovery assessment.

Manage and organize data rooms, ensuring completeness and accuracy of information.

Prepare presentations, teasers, and investment memoranda for investor discussions.

Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, ARCs, and institutional investors for transaction processes.

Track market developments, deal activity, and regulatory updates in the distressed asset segment.

Maintain MIS trackers and internal reporting dashboards to monitor deal progress.

Candidate Requirements

Pursuing ACCA or both CFA and ACCA (preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.

Strong grasp of valuation techniques, credit analysis, and financial modelling.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.





Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage deliverables within tight timelines. Willingness to travel for business meetings when required.
