We are looking for a proactive HR Recruiter for our Senior Secondary Schools to build and manage an effective system for high-quality recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen and shortlist CVs for teaching & non-teaching positions
Identify and align solid candidates with current vacancies
Build an effective and streamlined recruitment pipeline
Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment consultants and other sourcing partners
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups and candidate documentation
Maintain a robust talent pool for current and future requirements
Preferred: Recruitment experience, particularly in the education/school sector.
