We are looking for a responsible and employee-focused Welfare Officer to manage employee welfare activities, address workplace concerns, promote a positive work environment, and ensure employee welfare policies are properly implemented.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate employee welfare activities and programs.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns and welfare-related matters.
Address employee grievances and coordinate with management to resolve issues.
Monitor employee facilities such as canteen, drinking water, sanitation, rest areas, transportation, and other welfare amenities.
Maintain proper records of employee welfare activities, complaints, and resolutions.
Conduct employee welfare meetings and collect feedback from employees.
Support employee engagement, motivation, and well-being initiatives.
Coordinate with HR and management regarding employee benefits and welfare schemes.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, company policies, and welfare regulations.
Assist in organizing health, safety, awareness, recreational, and employee engagement programs.




Support employees during emergencies and provide appropriate assistance when required.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and welfare-related matters.
Prepare regular welfare reports and submit them to management.
Promote a healthy, respectful, and positive workplace culture.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in employee welfare, HR, labour relations, or a similar role is preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Knowledge of labour laws and employee welfare practices.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters.
Valuable organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
