Need fresher as a CRM Executive, Fresher preferred, Graduate or non-graduate both will work.
Maintain and update customer and prospect data in CRM system (e.g., Salesforce CRM / Zoho CRM / HubSpot CRM)
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries
Assist in creating daily/weekly/monthly CRM reports
Support sales team with lead management and prospect tracking
Coordinate with internal teams for data validation and query resolution
Monitor pipeline updates and follow up with stakeholders for timely updates
Identify data inconsistencies and help in data cleanup activities
Maintain documentation and SOPs for CRM processes
