Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Relationship Managers to handle Farmer Loan business. The role involves customer acquisition, field visits, lead generation, documentation, and maintaining strong relationships with farmers and rural customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads for Farmer Loans through field visits and local networking.
Identify and acquire current customers from rural and semi-urban markets.
Explain home loan products, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers, property owners, and local communities.




Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Collect and verify required customer and property documents.
Follow up with customers from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Achieve monthly business and customer acquisition targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and loan applications.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.

Willingness to travel locally and work in the field.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
