Job Description

We are looking for a qualified and customer-focused Receptionist cum Call Center Executive to join our healthcare team in Perumbavoor.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the reception desk, handling patient calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Respond to patient inquiries through phone and messages.
Maintain patient and appointment records accurately.
Coordinate with doctors and other clinic staff.
Handle patient registration and basic front-office activities.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and services.
Maintain a professional and organized reception area.




Provide excellent patient service and handle complaints politely.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in reception, front office, call center, customer service, or a healthcare setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good spoken English and Malayalam.
Hindi communication will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a quick-paced healthcare environment.
Pleasant personality, professional attitude, and positive organizational skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience in a hospital, clinic, medical center, or healthcare call center will be preferred.
