We're looking for a Head of Content with 6–7 years of experience who can lead the entire content function—from strategy to execution. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of content marketing, brand storytelling, and social-first content, with the ability to build systems that consistently deliver high-quality work.
This role will own the content strategy, scriptwriting standards, caption frameworks, brand voice documents, research processes, creative briefs, and final content approvals before client delivery. They will also mentor junior writers, lead weekly content reviews, build AI prompt libraries, establish quality scorecards, and continuously improve content processes across the team. Robust leadership, creative thinking, and exceptional editorial judgment are essential.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
