Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential issues to prevent disruptions.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Application Packaging.
Experience in creating and managing Requests for Change to ensure minimal impact on business operations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with vendors and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining operational stability across multiple system components.
Familiarity with updating and maintaining knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Application Packaging.
This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
