We are looking for an experienced Quality Control Professional to be permanently stationed in Moradabad. The candidate should have strong experience in inspecting hardline, lighting and furniture products manufactured for the US market.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-line, pre-final and final inspections of hardline, lighting and furniture products.
Ensure products conform to approved samples, specifications, workmanship standards and buyer requirements.
Inspect raw materials, dimensions, construction, functionality, finishes, assembly and packaging.
Monitor metal fabrication processes, including casting, welding, soldering, polishing, plating, powder coating, painting and other finishes.
Verify lighting components, wiring, earthing, labelling, assembly and applicable safety requirements.
Identify defects and non-conformities and coordinate corrective action with factories and production teams.
Independently assess product quality and make clear approve, hold, rework or reject recommendations before shipment.
Prepare detailed inspection reports with measurements, defect classifications and supporting photographs.
Communicate inspection findings clearly and promptly to management, buyers and suppliers.




Follow up on corrective actions to ensure that identified issues are properly resolved.

Candidate Requirements
7–10 years of relevant experience in quality control, quality inspection or production.
Strong hands-on experience with hardline products, particularly lighting and furniture.
Good understanding of products manufactured for the US market.
Working knowledge of applicable UL requirements and their practical application in lighting products.
Thorough knowledge of metals, fabrication methods, construction and finishing processes.
Ability to read and interpret product specifications, drawings, approved samples and inspection checklists.
Sound understanding of inspection procedures, defect classification and acceptable quality standards.
Solid decision-making skills and the ability to work independently.
Valuable written and spoken English.
Proficiency in preparing transparent, skilled and detailed QC inspection reports.
Willingness to be permanently based in Moradabad.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
