As per Company Requirement
Operate and monitor CNC Plasma Cutting Machine for PEB fabrication work.
Read and understand fabrication drawings, cutting layouts, and nesting plans.
Set machine parameters such as cutting speed, amperage, gas pressure, and torch height as required.
Load and position MS plates/sheets properly on the cutting table.
Execute accurate cutting of plates, stiffeners, gussets, base plates, connection plates, etc.
Check dimensions and cutting accuracy as per drawings and production requirements.
Identify and rectify basic machine/cutting issues such as improper cutting, slag, excessive bevel, and torch-height problems.
Perform routine machine cleaning, inspection, and basic maintenance.
Maintain proper identification and traceability of cut components.
Minimize material wastage through proper nesting and plate utilization.
Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Welding/Fabrication teams.
Follow production schedules and achieve daily production targets.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain housekeeping around the machine and work area.
Record production, material consumption, and machine-related information as required.
