Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, barcode scanners, POS systems and other IT peripherals.
Install, configure and maintain Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus and other business applications.
Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, power supply, keyboard, mouse, monitor, etc.
Provide basic troubleshooting for LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and internet connectivity.
Support and troubleshoot POS, ERP, CRM and other business applications.
Coordinate with software/application vendors for technical issues and resolution.
Manage IT assets, inventory, allocation and movement of laptops, desktops, printers and other equipment.
Maintain records of IT assets, repairs,



replacements and service requests.
Create and manage user accounts, software installations and basic access requirements.
Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain proper documentation.
Provide technical support to retail stores as well as corporate office users.
Assist in CCTV, biometric/access-control and other IT infrastructure-related troubleshooting, wherever required.
Coordinate with external IT vendors for repairs, AMC and maintenance.
Ensure basic IT security practices are followed across systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
