About the Role
Design Global Technology is looking for enthusiastic and confident Sales Executives to join our team. Freshers are welcome to apply.
The role primarily involves tele-sales, lead calling and customer communication. Candidates should be comfortable speaking with potential customers over the phone and following up with leads.
Key Responsibilities
Make daily outbound calls to potential customers
Handle leads and explain our products/services
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information
Follow up with interested prospects
Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups
Coordinate with the team regarding leads and enquiries
Achieve the assigned daily calling target
Maintain skilled communication with customers
Important
There is NO sales/revenue target for this position.
The candidate will have a daily calling target,
but there is no pressure to achieve a specific sales or revenue target.
Required Skills
Good communication skills
Basic knowledge of Tele Sales / Outbound Calling
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to communicate confidently and professionally
