Key Responsibilities
Develop creative designs for exhibition promotions, marketing campaigns, conferences, awards, and events.
Design brochures, invitation cards, flyers, leaflets, banners, mailers, advertisements, presentations, and promotional materials.
Create digital creatives for social media, WhatsApp, email campaigns, websites, and online advertising.
Design in office exhibition branding including hoardings, standees, backdrops, signage, stage branding, and venue graphics.
Develop new and innovative design concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual themes.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to convert campaign ideas and briefs into creative visuals.
Maintain consistent brand identity, typography, color schemes, and visual communication across all platforms.
Prepare artwork according to required specifications for printing and production.
Create and edit videos, reels, motion graphics,



and promotional videos for digital campaigns.

Requirements
Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
Knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, or other video/motion design tools is an advantage.
Robust understanding of layout, typography, color theory, composition, and branding.
Excellent creative thinking and ability to develop fresh design concepts.
Ability to understand a brief and convert it into visually appealing and effective creatives.
Robust attention to detail and ability to maintain design quality.
