We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Executive – Operations to support daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning across departments. The candidate will assist in coordinating tasks, maintaining records, and improving workflow efficiency within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operational activities
Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow
Maintain and update operational records and reports
Monitor task progress and follow up on pending activities
Support process improvements and implement operational best practices
Handle documentation and data entry accurately
Assist in inventory and resource management
Address operational issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Basic knowledge of operations management and administrative processes
Experience:
0–2 years preferred (Freshers can apply)
