Location Branch - Noida/Gurgoan
Job Role & Responsiblities -
Handle customer calls related to their Banking operating issues.
Respond to customer inquiries via inbound call's, email, or chat.
Resolve customer complaints in a skilled and timely manner.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
Eligibility criteria
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/ Undergraduate/ Any Graduate/ Post Graduate can apply.
Valuable communication skills require in English & Hindi.
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
