About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically inclined Tech Support Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of technical support, troubleshooting, and web technologies, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Freshers with good technical knowledge and a solid learning attitude are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and assistance to clients/users.
Troubleshoot basic technical, software, and system-related issues.
Identify, analyze, and resolve customer technical queries.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve complex issues.
Maintain proper records of customer issues and their resolutions.
Monitor and follow up on open support tickets.
Provide transparent and professional communication to customers.
Stay updated with new technologies and tools relevant to the role.

Required Skills
Basic knowledge of JavaScript (JS)



and web technologies.
Understanding of AI tools and AI Agents/Agentforce will be an advantage.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand technical issues and explain solutions clearly.
Strong willingness to learn new technologies.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
