We are looking for a proactive Operations Executive with 1 year of experience in B2B operations to streamline our day-to-day processes, manage client operations, and ensure smooth service delivery.
Client Onboarding & Support: Manage end-to-end B2B client onboarding, documentation, and operational support
Order / Service Management: Track orders, service requests, and ensure timely fulfillment and delivery- Process Execution: Follow and improve SOPs to improve efficiency, TAT, and accuracy
Data & Reporting: Maintain daily operational reports, MIS, Excel trackers, and update - Vendor & Partner Coordination: Coordinate with vendors, partners
Issue Resolution: Handle escalations, operational issues, and ensure high client satisfaction (CSAT)




1 year of experience as Operations Executive / Associate in a B2B company
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field ( optional)
Robust in MS Excel / Google Sheets, MIS reporting, and documentation
Familiar with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) and ERP is a plus
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.

Pay: ₹10,029.42 - ₹20,000.00 per month
