An accomplished legal expert with Excellences in managing legal issues in a corporate set up. High Level of commitment & integrity. Prepare the appropriate legal documents for trial or court proceedings. Drafting & vetting of agreements.
Handle litigations, Represent the company in legal proceedings. Protect the company against legal risks and violations. Keeping liaison with appropriate authorities to ensure smooth proceedings in legal matters, if any.
Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate laws and procedures.
