Roles and Responsibilities:
Review and analyze patient medical records.
Assign accurate ICD and CPT codes as per medical documentation.
Meet client SLA targets for productivity and quality.
Collaborate with the billing department to ensure timely claim processing.
Ensure all codes are current, valid, and compliant with regulatory guidelines.
Submit statistical data for analysis and research purposes.
Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure data security at all times.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
