· Following roles and responsibilities must be fulfilled by a full time faculty:

Preference will be given to candidates who are working in affiliated colleges/institutes of Savitribai Phule Pune University.

· Making an effective contribution to teaching and learning in their discipline, modelling teamwork and flexibility to ensure it will be more student friendly.

· Contributing to curriculum development, program and subject design and review as required to ensure that learning and teaching across disciplines reflects best practice.

· Participating in scholarly activities that influence and enhance the reputation in the institution.

· Complying with all policies and procedures of UGC, AICTE, SPPU relating to academics and learning, making every effort to contribute to the continuous improvement and effectiveness of academic administration of teaching and learning.

· Conducting lectures, tutorials, workshops, activities classes, seminars, webinars,



industry tours and other appropriate curricular activities as required by the institution and authorities.

· Conducting the certificate program and case subject matters.

· Contributing to internal and external reviews and accreditation of programs for which they are responsible.

· Providing support for the development of students as individuals and thereby contributing to creating the unique Bond experience for students in their knowledge acquisition.

· NAAC work allocated to him/her need to perform as a part of official duty.

· Supervising the SIP for graduate students and postgraduate students as a part of their curriculum.
