Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Define and implement business strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver high performance.

Financial Management: Oversee budgets, financial planning, and cost optimization.

Risk Management:

Qualifications
MBA in Business Administration, Operations, or related specialization.
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, or related field (preferred).
Robust knowledge of organizational management, leadership practices, and operational processes.
Experience
Minimum 3+ years of managerial or leadership experience.
Proven track record in team management, business operations, and strategic planning.
