About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced skilled with expertise in Capital Markets and Investments to support investment decision-making, portfolio analysis, financial planning, and market research. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of equity markets, fixed-income instruments, mutual funds, alternative investments, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities
Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities across equity, debt, mutual funds, and other financial instruments.
Conduct financial modeling, valuation, and risk assessment of investment opportunities.
Monitor capital market trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes.
Prepare investment reports, portfolio performance reviews, and management presentations.
Develop and maintain financial forecasts and investment strategies.
Support treasury and fund management activities.
Conduct company and industry research for investment decisions.
Assess portfolio performance and recommend rebalancing strategies.
Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations and internal policies.
Coordinate with brokers, investment advisors, fund managers, and financial institutions.

Required Skills & Competencies
Solid knowledge of Capital Markets,



Equity Research, and Investment Analysis.
Experience in Financial Modeling and Business Valuation.
Understanding of Portfolio Management and Risk Management.
Proficiency in Financial Statement Analysis.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and financial analysis tools.

Qualification & Experience
Chartered Accountant (CA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Capital Markets, Investments, Equity Research, Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Financial Advisory.
Experience in managing investment portfolios and conducting investment research will be preferred.

Compensation

Salary: As per industry standards and candidate experience.
