Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Content Creator who can develop engaging content for social media and digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, Reels, short-form videos, and social media trends, with the ability to turn raw ideas into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Develop and edit Reels, short-form videos, posts, carousels, and creative visuals.
Convert raw footage, ideas, and concepts into polished and engaging content.
Plan and execute content based on social media trends and audience interests.
Write creative captions, hooks, scripts, and post copy.
Manage the end-to-end content creation process, from ideation to publishing.
Collaborate with the marketing and recruitment teams to understand content requirements.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, formats, algorithms, and viral content styles.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, messaging, and visual identity.
Track content performance and suggest ideas for improving engagement and reach.

Required Skills:




Robust understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
Hands-on experience creating Reels and short-form videos.
Strong video editing and content editing skills.
Ability to work with raw footage and transform it into engaging videos.
Good knowledge of tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools.
Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Ability to independently develop content ideas and concepts.
Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Preferred Skills:
Experience creating content for B2B, IT, SaaS, recruitment, or technology companies.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance metrics.
Experience with photography, videography, or basic graphic design.
A strong portfolio of Reels, social media posts, videos, or other creative work.

Ideal Candidate:

Someone who can think creatively, work with raw content, edit high-quality videos, create engaging social media posts, and turn ideas into content that people actually want to watch and share.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
