Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Team Leader to manage team activities, achieve targets, support employees, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, guide and motivate the team to achieve targets.
Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
Track individual and team targets and provide regular feedback.
Support team members in handling customer queries and issues.
Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor work quality and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Train and support recent team members.
Prepare daily and monthly performance reports.
Identify problems and take appropriate action to improve team performance.
Maintain discipline and ensure company policies are followed.
Report team performance and significant issues to management.

Requirements




Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification.
2+ years of experience in a team handling or supervisory role.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to motivate and manage a team.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Target-oriented and customer-focused.
Basic computer and reporting skills.
