Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management
● Oversee daily operations of the branch including infrastructure, staff, logistics, and administration.
● Ensure smooth delivery of academic programs and adherence to SOPs.
● Monitor center hygiene, safety, and compliance with company standards.

Academic & Student Management
● Coordinate with faculty and academic teams to ensure timely class delivery and student satisfaction.
● Address student/parent concerns, feedback, and grievances professionally.
● Conduct periodic reviews of academic performance and suggest improvements.

Business Development & Revenue Generation
● Achieve branch targets related to admissions, revenue, and student retention.
● Conduct local marketing, seminars, school/college visits, and promotional activities.




● Convert leads to enrollments through effective counseling and follow-ups.

Team Leadership
● Hire, train, and supervise staff including counselors, admin staff, and faculty (if required). ● Motivate the team to achieve individual and branch goals.
● Conduct regular meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

Reporting & Analysis
● Maintain and analyze branch performance data – admissions, revenue, student feedback, etc.
● Send regular reports to the regional or central office.
● Take corrective actions based on business performance metrics.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
