Sofcon India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive (Placement) to support our Placement team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating placement opportunities, building strong corporate relationships, and assisting students throughout their placement journey.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with companies to generate placement prospects for students.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with HR professionals and corporate partners.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with companies.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between companies and candidates.
Conduct candidate counselling sessions regarding career opportunities and job readiness.
Assist candidates in preparing qualified resumes and optimizing them according to job roles.
Guide candidates on interview preparation, communication skills,
and interview etiquette.
Track placement activities and maintain recruitment and placement records.
Follow up with recruiters and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of recruitment and placement processes.
Basic knowledge of resume screening and interview coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Qualifications
MBA (HR), BBA.
