Supervise workers, subcontractors, and daily site activities.
Ensure work follows drawings, specifications, and the project schedule.
Maintain site safety: PPE, toolbox talks, hazard reporting, and secure work practices.
Check the quality of materials and completed work.
Coordinate deliveries, equipment, labour, and material storage.
Monitor attendance, productivity, and progress against targets.
Report daily progress, delays, incidents, and material needs to the project manager.
Resolve minor site problems and escalate major issues.
Ensure the site is clean, organised, and compliant with regulations.
Maintain records such as daily reports, work permits, inspection checklists, and labour logs.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
