Convert customer enquiries into successful sales orders by providing accurate product information and effective follow-up. Respond promptly to customer queries received through WhatsApp and other social media platforms. Coordinate with customers throughout the order process, ensuring timely updates and excellent customer service. Follow up on orders until the products are successfully delivered to the customer's destination. Build and maintain robust customer relationships by providing exceptional after-sales support. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, enquiries, and order status
