Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions for our textile showroom. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing people, driving employee engagement, and supporting business growth in a retail workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop and implement training and development programs
Support employees in achieving their individual and team goals
Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues effectively
Ensure smooth communication between management and staff
Handle customer-related situations professionally when required
Contribute to business development initiatives in the retail showroom
Maintain HR records and ensure adherence to company policies
