Job Summary
We are looking for a Upwork bidding, lead generation, and cold calling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to generate and convert business leads.
Key Responsibilities
Handle Upwork bidding and submit proposals for relevant projects.
Generate leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold calling, and other online channels.
Make cold calls and communicate with potential clients.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular client communication.
Identify current business prospects and potential clients.
Maintain lead and follow-up records.
Work towards achieving monthly lead generation and business development targets.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in business development,
lead generation, or sales.
Hands-on knowledge of Upwork bidding is preferred.
Good verbal and written English communication skills.
Confident in making cold calls and speaking with clients.
Basic understanding of LinkedIn marketing.
Proactive, confident, and target-oriented approach.
Candidates with experience in B2B/IT/accounting services will be preferred.
