Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Expert who can actively grow our café sales as well as franchise business.

The ideal candidate should be target-oriented, confident in communication, and capable of creating practical strategies to increase daily sales, attract new customers, generate leads, and convert potential franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to increase café sales and revenue.
Generate new customer leads and convert them into regular customers.
Increase sales through local marketing, partnerships, promotions, and other sales activities.
Identify and approach potential franchise partners.
Generate franchise leads and handle the complete sales process from enquiry to conversion.
Build relationships with potential investors and franchise customers.
Follow up consistently with leads and maintain a proper sales pipeline.
Study the local market and identify new prospects for business growth.
Suggest new offers, promotions,



and sales ideas to improve revenue.
Track daily/weekly sales performance and work toward assigned targets.
Coordinate with the management team to implement successful sales strategies.

Requirements
Proven experience in sales and business development.
Experience in F&B;, café, restaurant, retail, or franchise sales will be preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Must be comfortable with cold calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and field sales.
Ability to independently generate business and achieve targets.
Solid understanding of customer acquisition and sales conversion.
A result-oriented and proactive personality.
