Experience:

6 month to 1 Year in IT Support, Hardware & Networking.

Role & Responsibilities:
Conduct daily IT rounds across all hospital departments.
Monitor and maintain computers, printers, scanners, internet, telephones, TVs, biometric devices, and network equipment.
Provide IT support and resolve user complaints within TAT.
Create and deactivate ERP/User IDs as per HR requests.
Coordinate and track ERP issues with the ERP team.
Monitor CCTV systems and support footage retrieval when required.
Maintain firewall and network security standards.
Ensure ICU monitors and hospital display systems are functioning properly.
Maintain IT asset inventory and consumables.
Handle e-waste identification, documentation, and disposal as per policy.
Maintain IT records, incident logs, and asset registers.
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance.
