Job Description:
Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager - Training to join our energetic team. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees and improve overall organizational performance. The successful candidate will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, develop training materials, and ensure effective delivery of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with management and staff.
Develop and implement training programs for various employee levels, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and compliance.
Create engaging and informative training materials, including presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
Deliver training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, such as workshops, seminars, and on-the-job training.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making necessary adjustments based on feedback and performance metrics.




Collaborate with other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals and objectives.
Manage training budgets and resources to ensure productive use of funds and materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization.

Skills and Tools Required:
Strong understanding of training and development methodologies.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficient in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training software.
Ability to analyze training effectiveness through metrics and feedback.
Experience in instructional design and developing e-learning content.
Robust organizational and project management skills.
Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and engage participants.
