Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller with a minimum of 6 months of experience in a domestic voice process. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound/inbound calls, communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate information or assistance.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to domestic customers and handle incoming calls when required.
Communicate with customers professionally and confidently.
Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information.
Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
Maintain accurate customer and call records.
Handle customer queries, objections, and basic complaints professionally.
Coordinate with the internal team for customer requirements and follow-ups.
Follow company calling scripts, processes, and quality standards.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the interaction.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in a domestic voice process / telecalling.




Positive verbal communication skills in English and the required regional language.
Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of calls.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/software.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally.
Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or telecalling will be preferred.
