Position: Internet Sales Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Internet Sales Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience in telecom, broadband, ISP, or IT sales. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential customers, promoting internet connectivity solutions, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and businesses.

Generate leads for Broadband, Leased Line, MPLS, SD-WAN, Cloud, and Managed IT Services.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable internet solutions.

Follow up with prospects and convert inquiries into qualified sales prospects.

Coordinate with the Sales and NOC teams for feasibility and proposal preparation.

Maintain customer records and sales data in CRM/Excel.

Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets.





Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.

Required Skills

1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Telecom Sales, or ISP Sales.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Basic knowledge of Broadband, Leased Line, and Internet Services.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Email Communication, and CRM tools.

Strong follow-up and customer handling skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience in ISP, Telecom, Broadband, or IT Solution Sales will be preferred.

Working Details

Location: Nalasopara East, Maharashtra

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Office Timing: 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM
