Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Teacher to create a nurturing, engaging, and child-centered learning environment. The ideal candidate should be committed to fostering the intellectual, emotional, social, and physical development of young learners through the Montessori approach.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver Montessori-based learning activities suitable for preschool children.
Create a safe, stimulating, and child-friendly classroom setting.
Observe, assess, and document each child's developmental progress.
Encourage independence, creativity, and confidence among children.
Maintain positive communication with parents regarding student progress and classroom activities.
Organize educational materials and ensure the classroom is clean and well-prepared.
Participate in school events,



meetings, and career development programs.
Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and school management.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Montessori Training/Certification is an add on advantage.
Experience in a Montessori or preschool setting is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for working with young children.
Patient, caring, creative, and enthusiastic personality.
Robust classroom management and organizational skill

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
