We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Executive – MIS & Business Analytics to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will manage information systems, build analytical dashboards, and translate raw data into actionable business insights.

Key Responsibilities

MIS & Reporting
Design, develop, and maintain MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for senior management
Automate recurring reports using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to improve efficiency
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all data outputs
Maintain and update databases, ensuring data integrity across systems

Business Analytics
Analyze business performance metrics across sales, operations, finance, and marketing
Identify trends, variances, and anomalies and present findings with recommendations
Support budgeting, forecasting, and P&L; analysis with data models
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic and operational decisions

Stakeholder Collaboration




Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements
Present reports and dashboards to business heads and leadership in a explicit, concise manner
Act as a liaison between IT and business teams for data-related needs

Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

2–4 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or a similar role
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VBA)
Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and querying
Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is an advantage
Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is a plus

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
