Receptionist – Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors, customers, vendors, suppliers, and business partners professionally.
Manage the reception area and maintain a skilled and organized workplace.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls and redirect them to the concerned department or employee.
Maintain visitor entry records and coordinate with the Security team for visitor access.
Issue visitor passes and ensure compliance with company security and safety procedures.
Coordinate with the concerned departments for visitor appointments and factory visits.
Receive and manage incoming courier, postal mail, and official documents.
Maintain records of incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and service providers when required.
Assist in arranging meetings, conference rooms, refreshments, and visitor requirements.
Coordinate with HR & Admin, Security,



Maintenance, and other departments for smooth daily operations.
Maintain reception-related registers, records, and documentation.
Support basic administrative activities such as stationery management and office supplies.
Ensure adherence to company policies, safety guidelines, and visitor management procedures.
Handle general queries and provide accurate information to employees and external visitors.
Maintain confidentiality of company information and official communications.
Perform other administrative and reception-related duties as assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
