Luxury floral Boutique looking to hire enthusiastic and passionate individuals with 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury retail, hospitality or floral industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.
Support in store operations and visual merchandising.
Handle client enquiries, follow-ups and order coordination.
Ensure smooth delivery of exceptional client experiences.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric attitude and positive energy
Basic understanding of floral products is a plus
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
WORKING DAYS
6 Days a Week (Rotational Off)
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Immediate joiners required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
