Revenue Assurance & Reconciliation

 Monitor revenue recognition and billing against contracts, work orders and service delivery.

 Conduct regular reconciliation between operational data, billing records and financial

reports.

 Identify gaps, under-billing, over-billing, missed billing and other revenue leakage areas.

 Establish and maintain billing controls to improve revenue accuracy and collection

efficiency.

 Track unbilled revenue and ensure timely conversion into invoices.

Billing & Invoicing Management

 Manage the end-to-end billing and invoicing process for assigned business

verticals/projects.

 Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices as per contractual terms and agreed

timelines.

 Verify billing inputs, service delivery data, rates, taxes, deductions and supporting

documents before invoice submission.

 Monitor outstanding invoices, credit notes, debit notes and billing adjustments.

 Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and revenue leakages.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

 Coordinate with clients for invoice submission, clarifications, billing approvals and payment-

related issues.

 Build and maintain robust skilled relationships with key clients.

 Resolve billing disputes and ensure timely closure of client queries.





 Conduct periodic discussions with clients regarding billing, reconciliation and outstanding

payments.

MIS & Reporting

 Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly revenue and billing MIS.

 Develop dashboards and management reports covering billing status, revenue realization,

outstanding invoices, ageing and collection status.

 Analyse billing and revenue trends and highlight key deviations to management.

 Maintain accurate data records and ensure timely submission of reports.

Preferred Qualifications

 Robust expertise in end-to-end billing and invoicing processes.

 Excellent knowledge of Revenue Assurance and revenue reconciliation.

 Strong MIS preparation and analytical skills.

 Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

 Strong understanding of contracts, work orders, billing terms and commercial

documentation.

 Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.

 Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
