Greet and welcome guests warmly.
Take accurate food and beverage orders.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Assist guests with menu choices and provide detailed information about dishes.
Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Handle guest complaints or requests courteously.
Process payments and maintain billing accuracy.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
