Qualification: MBA / PGDM in HR
Experience: 7+ years with a large corporate organization
Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete HR function for the hospital.
Manage recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
Develop HR policies, processes and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle performance management and employee relations.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and HR regulations.
Manage payroll coordination, attendance and HR documentation.
Develop training and development programs.
Work closely with management on workforce planning and HR strategy.
Preferred Candidate
MBA/PGDM in HR with 7+ years of relevant experience.
Experience with a large corporate organization preferred.
Solid leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
