Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage civil construction projects from start to handover.
Develop project schedules, resource plans, budgets, and execution strategies.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, method statements, and project requirements.
Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
Supervise site teams and ensure efficient utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Control project costs and monitor budgets, variations, and commercial aspects.
Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality requirements.
Implement and monitor project HSE (Health, Safety & Setting) requirements.
Identify project risks, delays, and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
Coordinate inspections, testing, approvals, and statutory requirements.
Manage subcontractors and evaluate their performance.
Maintain proper project documentation, records, and correspondence.
Coordinate snagging, testing & commissioning, completion,



and final handover.
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and regulations.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
8–15 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
Solid knowledge of construction methods, project planning, estimation, and cost control.
Experience managing contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams.
Positive knowledge of AutoCAD and project scheduling tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
Strong communication, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and meet strict project deadlines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
