Telesales Team LeadJob Description

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Team Lead who has solid hands-on experience in both Telesales/Telecalling and Team Handling. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of relevant experience, including prior experience as a Telesales Executive and Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Telesales Executives to achieve sales targets.
Handle outbound calls and support the team in lead conversion.
Monitor daily calling, sales, productivity, and conversion performance.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, and drive customer conversions.
Guide and coach team members to improve their sales performance.
Handle customer objections, escalations, and complex sales situations.
Track individual and team KPIs and ensure achievement of monthly targets.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Ensure adherence to company sales processes, policies, and quality standards.
Motivate the team and maintain a positive,



target-oriented work workplace.

Candidate Requirements
3–5 years of relevant experience is mandatory.
Previous experience as a Telesales/Telecalling Executive is mandatory.
Previous Team Lead/Team Handling experience in a Telesales or Sales environment is mandatory.
Candidates should have hands-on experience in telesales as well as team management.
Strong communication, leadership, sales, and problem-solving skills.
Graduation preferred.

Pay: ₹8,873.08 - ₹28,000.00 per month
